ALTRO CLASSIC™25
The original slip resistant safety floor. It combines silicon carbide in the surface for initial slip resistance and aluminium trioxide throughout the thickness. It is a popular choice providing a durable, slip resistance floorcovering for locations with contaminants including chalk dust, sawdust and muddy water from clay work, such as craft, design and technology / art rooms and circulation areas.
Tried and trusted for over 60 years, Altro Classic™25 is a 2.5mm flooring that provides lasting slip resistance, durability and abrasion resistance, along with comfort underfoot. It is ideal for use in heavy traffic areas, particularly with wheeled traffic. It’s also good for areas where occasional moisture and dust can increase the risk of slipping as it has a Pendulum Test Value (PTV) rating ≥45 and an R11 slip rating.
ALTRO CONTRAX™
Functional budget safety floor for general purpose areas. ContraX™ maintains slip resistance and appealing colour, whilst offering excellent value for money. It is also a tankable and impermeable safety floor incorporating bacteriostat for enhanced hygiene.
New and improved Altro ContraX™ offers no-frills functionality in hard working areas where spillages are a concern. This 2mm safety floor offers sustained PTV ≥36 slip resistance and is backed up with a five-year guarantee.

ALTRO MARINE™20
Altro Marine™20 has a dimpled surface that’s specially designed for bare feet where you need Class C and the risk of a slip is very high such as shower cubicles and swimming pool foot baths. It provides excellent slip resistance and its hardwearing construction makes it resistant to most chemicals and indentation. It is easy to maintain, so it will keep looking good and performing well.
Altro have introduced a refreshing colour palette with a homely, comfortable feel. For a seamless appearance, colour matched weldrods and mastics are available. Incorporates bacteriostat for enhanced hygiene.
